2025 rates

Additional fees

• Refundable reservation deposit: $1,000
  • Reservation deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your event
• Security guard: $500
  • Extra hour - additional fees apply

Optional add-ons

• Beer and wine permit: $75 + tax (for outdoor spaces only)
• Kitchen use fee: $300
  • MN catering license required for kitchen use

How to book

• Pay the reservation deposit
• Pay the room rental fee and security fee at least 30 days prior to your event

• Fits up to 300 people depending on set up and event type
• Private outdoor deck (seasonal use only)
• Dance floor
• $1,000 refundable damage deposit required
• Fees are subject to change

  • 220 people (banquet seating)
• Half room fits up to 100 people
• Half room rentals available Sunday - Thursday

Haffeman Pavilion & garden space

• Outside fits up to 125 people

• Refundable reservation deposit: $500
• Rental hours: 8 am - 8 pm

Garden space

• Lawn space with AV capabilities
• Decorative pond with fountain and benches
• Ideal space for ceremonies (bring or rent your own chairs)
• Located next to the pavilion
• Rental hours: 8 am - 8 pm

Kitchen use

• Kitchen access is only granted to State of Minnesota licensed caterers
  • The caterer's license must be received and approved by our staff at least 30 days prior to your event
  • We will not accept a license the day of the event
• Kitchen use fee: $300
  • Kitchen use fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to your event
• Without kitchen access, we are not able to provide means of heating, refrigerating, or storing food

Alcohol

Alcohol service is available through our exclusive providers; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
